I forgot my vault password — can you reset it?我忘记了保险箱密码——你们能重置吗？
Unfortunately, no. SecureVault is designed so that only you can unlock your vault: your encryption keys are derived from your password and never leave your device, and we hold nothing on any server. This is exactly what keeps your files private, but it also means a forgotten password cannot be recovered. Please store your password somewhere safe, such as a trusted password manager.

How do I add files to my vault?如何把文件添加到保险箱？
Use the Import button, or simply drag files from Finder onto the app window. Once imported, files are encrypted immediately. You can organize them into folders, rename, move, and multi-select for bulk actions.
点击「导入」按钮，或直接把文件从访达拖到应用窗口上。导入后文件会立即加密。你可以把它们整理进文件夹，重命名、移动，并多选进行批量操作。
How do I view a file securely?如何安全地查看文件？
Open any file inside SecureVault to view it in the built-in secure viewer — images, video, audio, PDFs and text all render inside the app, so they’re never exposed to other applications. Use the filmstrip at the bottom to move between files, and full-screen mode for an immersive view.

Yes. SecureVault lets you create an encrypted backup archive that you store wherever you choose. Because the backup is encrypted with your key, keep it — and your password — somewhere safe.
