These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SecureVault application (“SecureVault”, “the app”), published by Capyka (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using SecureVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
本使用条款（下称「条款」）规范你对由 Capyka（下称「我们」）发布的 SecureVault 应用（下称「SecureVault」「本应用」）的使用。下载、安装或使用 SecureVault 即表示你同意本条款。若你不同意，请勿使用本应用。
1. License1. 授权许可
Subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SecureVault on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own lawful use.
在遵守本条款及 Apple 的《授权应用最终用户许可协议》的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，出于自身合法用途使用 SecureVault。
2. Your responsibilities2. 你的责任
- Your password. SecureVault protects your data with a password known only to you. Because we store nothing on any server and there is no recovery backdoor, we cannot recover your password or your data if you lose it. You are solely responsible for remembering your password and for maintaining backups.
- Your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. The confidentiality of your vault depends on the security of the device it runs on.
- Lawful use. You agree to use SecureVault only to store content you have the legal right to possess, and not for any unlawful purpose.
- 你的密码。SecureVault 用只有你知道的密码保护你的数据。由于我们不在任何服务器上存储数据，也没有恢复后门，一旦你遗失密码，我们无法恢复你的密码或数据。你需自行负责记住密码并做好备份。
- 你的设备。你有责任保障设备安全。保险箱的机密性取决于其所运行设备的安全。
- 合法使用。你同意仅用 SecureVault 存储你拥有合法持有权的内容，且不用于任何非法目的。
3. Backups & data loss3. 备份与数据丢失
SecureVault stores your data locally and encrypted. Events such as device loss, hardware failure, deletion of the app, or a forgotten password may result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of your data. You are responsible for creating and safeguarding your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data.
SecureVault 将你的数据以加密形式本地存储。设备遗失、硬件故障、删除应用或忘记密码等情形，都可能导致你的数据永久且无法恢复地丢失。你有责任自行创建并妥善保管备份。对于任何数据丢失，我们概不负责。
4. Intellectual property4. 知识产权
SecureVault, its design, and its trademarks are owned by Capyka. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
SecureVault、其设计及商标均归 Capyka 所有。本条款不授予你对我们商标、标识或品牌的任何权利。
5. Disclaimer of warranties5. 免责声明
SecureVault is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
SecureVault 按「现状」和「现有」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。我们不保证本应用不会中断、没有错误或完全安全。
6. Limitation of liability6. 责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, SecureVault.
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用或无法使用 SecureVault 而产生或与之相关的任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害，或任何数据丢失，Capyka 概不负责。
7. Changes to the app and these Terms7. 应用与条款的变更
We may modify SecureVault or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
我们可能随时修改 SecureVault 或本条款。更新后的条款将在本页面发布并附上修订日期。变更生效后你继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。
8. Apple8. Apple
SecureVault is distributed via the Apple Mac App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple’s standard licensed-application terms also apply to your use of SecureVault.
SecureVault 通过 Apple Mac App Store 分发。Apple 并非本条款的一方，且不对本应用或其内容负责。Apple 的标准授权应用条款同样适用于你对 SecureVault 的使用。
